Learning goals
After the workshop the participants will have
- developed priorities for their research, teaching and self-governance,
- developed strategies for balancing these priorities,
- learned about concepts and tools of time management that help them reconcile their different tasks,
- developed ideas for linking research and teaching.
MethodsWorkshops in the DCAT teaching qualification program are learner-centered and action-oriented. They work with varying social forms, exercises, group work, reflection and feedback; participants are thus given the opportunity to directly deepen and actively practice what they have learned.
